A khao man gai (Thai Hainanese chicken rice) shop that began as a Pratunam street stall in 1960. Its pink staff uniforms earned it the nickname “Pink Khao Man Gai.” Chicken poached until tender is served over rice cooked in chicken stock and fat, with a ginger and soybean-paste sauce. It gets busy, so an early breakfast is a good idea; it also pairs well with a visit to Platinum Mall.
